Kandi Burruss has said before that she wasn't compensated properly for her work on "Tardy for the Party," the dance song that she helped create for then-Real Housewives of Atlanta castmate Kim Zolciak.  And while Kim is no longer with the show, Kandi isn't ready to put the drama behind her.

Kandi has filed a lawsuit against Kim, according to AccessAtlanta.com.  The website reports that Kandi and songwriter Rodney Richards are seeking "damages for copyright infringement due to Defendants' unauthorized and unlawful licensing, distribution and sale of Plaintiffs' creative works," namely 2009's "Tardy for the Party."  A remix was released in 2010.

AccessAtlanta.com reports that the lawsuit says Kim's daughter Brielle gets songwriting credit for the dance track, which supposedly sold 102,000 copies.
