Nicki Minaj seems like a new woman these days, playing nice with fellow American Idol judge Mariah Carey and trading in her fluorescent wigs and out-there outfits for a more toned-down look.  But Nicki still knows how to turn heads, appearing topless -- save for a pair of gold pasties covering her nipples -- in French Montana's "Freaks" music video.

The song, off French's upcoming Excuse My French album, makes Nicki the star.  While he spits verses from a throne, she sashays down a hallway, rocking leopard leggings, an open gold jacket and no shirt -- just chains.  She also wiggles, winds and pops her body atop a golden throne, moving to the island vibe of the "Freaks" song, which samples the reggae track "Murder She Wrote."

One Twitter user asked Nicki, "Was it hard crouching on the chair with heels on?" to which she replied "YES!" adding that she should have ditched her Louboutin heels and "gotITPOPN."  

Along with Nicki, French's Excuse My French guests also include Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz and more.
